What you will do

• Direct daily housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure property cleanliness.
• Conduct regular inspections of guestrooms and public areas to maintain high standards.
• Manage departmental inventory and coordinate supply orders.
• Supervise staff performance, provide training, and handle disciplinary procedures.
• Collaborate with the Engineering department for maintenance requirements.
• Monitor departmental expenses and payroll to meet financial objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major.
• Must be authorized to work in Japan.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage team performance.
• Proficiency in managing departmental budgets and operating statements.
