What you will do

  • Define and execute the global channel partnership strategy for data, decisioning, and marketing solutions.
  • Establish the channel operating model, including partner segmentation and engagement models like referral, reseller, and OEM.
  • Recruit, negotiate, and onboard strategic channel partners to unlock new distribution and revenue streams.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through co-sell motions and embedded distribution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align GTM messaging and execution.
  • Track KPIs including pipeline, revenue, and partner productivity to refine the channel model.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Partnerships, Channel, GTM, or Business Development within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven leadership in strategy, sales, and value proposition development.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed global organizations with regional stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the US (as per compensation and benefit guidelines).
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%.
