Salary: $125,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Lead execution of healthcare consulting engagements or complex workstreams
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives with milestones, owners, and impact metrics
• Develop and manage workplans, track dependencies, critical paths, and benefits realization
• Support client alignment, issue resolution, and decision-making with senior leaders
• Implement project governance, escalation mechanisms, and risk mitigation
• Coordinate PMO resources and contribute expertise in margin/quality improvement

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or transformation roles
• Demonstrated success leading complex workstreams with measurable outcomes
• Strong project management and execution capabilities
• Solid financial acumen in margin, cost, revenue, or quality improvement
• Experience in complex healthcare environments
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
