What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major DoD enterprise accounts in the Southern California region
- Drive sales of test & measurement portfolio (oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, Keithley, and Elektro-Automatik products)
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximize growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and adjacent organizations
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM for accurate visibility and planning
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer support to deliver tailored solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales, account management, or business development, preferably with DoD or aerospace customers
- Strong knowledge of test and measurement equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, power supplies)
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing pipeline and forecast in CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Travel within the Southern California region and surrounding areas
Nice to have
- Experience with DoD programs, defense contractors, and government procurement processes
- Familiarity with Keithley and Elektro-Automatik (EA) products
- Demonstrated ability to develop account plans and execute strategic sales initiatives
