Salary: 169000.00-314000.00 (inclusive of sales incentives/commissions, in local currency)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major DoD enterprise accounts in the Southern California region
  • Drive sales of test & measurement portfolio (oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, Keithley, and Elektro-Automatik products)
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and adjacent organizations
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM for accurate visibility and planning
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer support to deliver tailored solutions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical sales, account management, or business development, preferably with DoD or aerospace customers
  • Strong knowledge of test and measurement equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, power supplies)
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing pipeline and forecast in CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
  • Travel within the Southern California region and surrounding areas

Nice to have

  • Experience with DoD programs, defense contractors, and government procurement processes
  • Familiarity with Keithley and Elektro-Automatik (EA) products
  • Demonstrated ability to develop account plans and execute strategic sales initiatives
