Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. This role requires up to 50% travel.
Salary: $107,900–$200,300 (inclusive of incentives/commissions).

What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic national accounts within the military and government sectors.
- Drive renewals, retention, and service expansion for existing customers.
- Develop and execute account plans to identify and close new business opportunities.
- Navigate complex procurement and compliance requirements to secure contracts.
- Partner cross-functionally with Service Delivery, Sales, Legal, and Finance teams.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity using Dynamics.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S. or Canada.
- Proven experience supporting Mil/Gov and/or prime contractors.
- Strong background in B2B sales or account management within complex environments.
- Ability to manage long, structured procurement cycles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated or compliance-driven industries.
- Familiarity with Dynamics CRM and SSO tools.
- Analytical skills using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to RBS or continuous improvement methodologies.
