What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end process of developing and launching in-house chocolate products.
• Drive marketing initiatives and sales strategies to ensure business growth.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners for seamless product execution.
• Negotiate and execute pop-up events in department stores.
• Manage day-to-day operations and perform detailed sales analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience or account management/agency sales experience.
• Japanese: Native or equivalent level required.
• Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.

Nice to have

• Experience in product marketing.
• Experience in corporate sales or pop-up/event business development.
