What you will do
- Support the onboarding, launch, and ongoing optimization of Ads campaigns for assigned clients.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, irregularities, and actionable insights.
- Manage smaller accounts or specific components of larger relationships with increasing autonomy.
- Apply AI-enhanced tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency and reporting quality.
- Collaborate with Sales, Ad Operations, and Product teams to solve problems and adapt to business priorities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or performance marketing.
- Native level Japanese and Business level English proficiency.
- Solid experience using data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to monitor performance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
