Salary: ¥12,250,000 – ¥15,000,000 JPY (Fixed Annual Salary)

What you will do

  • Support the onboarding, launch, and ongoing optimization of hirify.global Ads campaigns for assigned clients.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, irregularities, and actionable insights.
  • Manage smaller accounts or specific components of larger relationships with increasing autonomy.
  • Apply AI-enhanced tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency and reporting quality.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Ad Operations, and Product teams to solve problems and adapt to business priorities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or performance marketing.
  • Native level Japanese and Business level English proficiency.
  • Solid experience using data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to monitor performance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Builder mindset with a proactive approach to learning and improving outcomes.
