Compensation: $176,500–$505,400 USD TTC/OTE (depending on US zone: Zone 1 SF Bay/NYC $243k–$505k; Zone 2 $223k–$463k; Zone 3 $203k–$421k; Zone 4 $177k–$366k)

What you will do

• Drive standardized delivery frameworks, innovate with tools, automation, and AI for global consistency and scalability.
• Build long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships for integrated service delivery and satisfaction.
• Manage Professional Services P&L, resource planning, project management, and performance tracking for cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales to support sales cycles and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead hiring, develop enablement programs, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years in professional services roles in software/SaaS companies, 5+ years in leadership
• Strong understanding of enterprise software architectures, cloud technologies, and modern app development
• Proven success managing revenue targets, services sales, and high-performing teams
• Excellent communication for customer relationships; Bachelor's in CS/Engineering/Business (MBA preferred)
• Willingness to travel 40%+ for customer engagements
