Salary: $168,000 – $231,000 USD

What you will do

• Represent Okta on joint Customer-GSI Steering Committees as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.
• Design, document, and codify end-to-end sales-to-delivery methodologies and risk-mitigation playbooks.
• Partner with Sales and Services teams to structure complex SOWs and define joint delivery boundaries.
• Provide operational governance and health tracking across multiple concurrent strategic enterprise implementations.
• Champion the integration of generative AI tools to automate delivery scoping and partner enablement processes.
• Act as the central escalation point to unblock complex technical or relationship bottlenecks across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of professional experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, technical program management, or strategic IT consulting.
• Proven track record of guiding large-scale enterprise deployments in joint-delivery models with major GSIs like Accenture, Deloitte, or PwC.
• Demonstrated experience in structuring complex services deals, negotiating SOWs, and defining joint delivery boundaries.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to lead high-pressure steering committees and align C-level stakeholders.
• Strong background in designing and scaling repeatable PMO playbooks and operational enablement assets.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in a supported location.

Nice to have

• Direct experience implementing AI tools or prompt-engineering models for professional services delivery.
• Technical familiarity with Okta or Auth0 product offerings.
• Experience scaling delivery methodologies from pilot phases to global regional offices.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or TOGAF.
