Salary: $138,000 — $213,400 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Develop delivery capabilities across a regional partner portfolio.
• Guide partners through the Service Delivery Partner maturity model and recommend enablement paths.
• Review and validate partner go-live submissions to ensure Okta delivery standards.
• Serve as a delivery advisor for sales teams to identify suitable partners for deployments.
• Track ecosystem capability trends and identify gaps in partner expertise or geographic coverage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services and Alliances to scale partner delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, professional services, or partner success roles.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in post-sales roles working directly with customers.
• 10+ years of experience in technical design, configuration, and troubleshooting of Okta services.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts.
• Experience working with system integrators and enterprise SaaS deployment models.
• Must be based in or able to work from one of the specified US locations (Bellevue, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, or Washington DC).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with programming languages such as .NET, JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Knowledge of load balancers, reverse proxies, and Web Access Management tech (e.g., F5, NGINX).
• Experience with AI GPTs and open-source tools.
