What you will do

• Lead a team spanning enablement, operations, and workflow optimization to improve employee productivity and client outcomes.
• Establish scalable processes, governance frameworks, and service standards across the Client Services organization.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to embed AI, agentic workflows, and automation into operational processes.
• Own onboarding and continuous learning programs, including the creation of playbooks and SOP libraries.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Technology teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Define and track KPIs tied to operational performance and process adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Client Services, Customer Success, or Enablement with a focus on modernizing operations.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, specifically guiding teams through AI tool adoption.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI-powered agentic workflows, LLM-integrated platforms, and RAG-based tools.
• Deep expertise with co-pilot interfaces and multi-step agent pipelines.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise services, or consulting environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
