What you will do

• Own end-to-end strategic partnerships with LLMs, hyperscalers, and AI developer tools.
• Structure and negotiate complex deals including term sheets, revenue share, and API embedding.
• Perform market analysis and due diligence to support new partnership entries and market expansions.
• Drive alignment and execute GTM motions with Channel and Enablement teams.
• Manage and elevate relationships up to C-level with strategic partners like Snowflake and Google.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal to close and activate partnerships.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, US (Hybrid).
• 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in strategic technology partnerships or corporate development.
• Deep fluency in the modern data stack (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) and AI developer ecosystem.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing structured deals with quantifiable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with AI, moving beyond chat interfaces to building or shipping projects.
• Exceptional communication and executive-level deliverable creation skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, JD, or engineering degree.
• Previous experience in management or strategy consulting.
• Experience partnering specifically with Snowflake, Databricks, GCP, or Anthropic.
• Hands-on experience using hirify.global.
