What you will do

  • Lead a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets through strategic, results-oriented plans.
  • Oversee regional sales efforts, driving new business development and deepening existing client relationships.
  • Cultivate senior-level partnerships with key clients and advertising agencies.
  • Leverage seller performance data and market insights to optimize strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage disciplined pipelines and activity using Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Own revenue forecasting and lead quota planning across accounts and individual contributors.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in management.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in advertising sales.
  • Deep expertise in the digital advertising ecosystem, platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and revenue management.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales intelligence tools like ZoomInfo or MediaRadar.

Nice to have

  • Experience with automation and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
