What you will do
- Lead a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets through strategic, results-oriented plans.
- Oversee regional sales efforts, driving new business development and deepening existing client relationships.
- Cultivate senior-level partnerships with key clients and advertising agencies.
- Leverage seller performance data and market insights to optimize strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage disciplined pipelines and activity using Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Own revenue forecasting and lead quota planning across accounts and individual contributors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in management.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in advertising sales.
- Deep expertise in the digital advertising ecosystem, platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and revenue management.
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales intelligence tools like ZoomInfo or MediaRadar.
Nice to have
- Experience with automation and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
