What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a strategic roadmap for Salesforce and FinancialForce projects.
• Collect requirements, evaluate options, and design high-quality technical solutions for Professional Services teams.
• Manage functional tasks including SOX reporting, process definition, and backlog management.
• Create and maintain architectural design and process documentation.
• Drive system adoption and ensure data consistency across business processes.
• Recommend and implement best practices for scalable business applications.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in SaaS business systems administration and configuration.
• 3+ years of specific experience with Salesforce and FinancialForce.
• Strong understanding of PSA concepts like resource management and revenue recognition.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience with SOX controls and SDLC processes.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
