What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders to identify business problems and propose scalable solutions across the customer journey.
• Analyze and document current state workflows using process mapping to drive operational efficiency.
• Design and deliver solutions across integrated systems including Salesforce, Smartsheet, Salesloft, and Gainsight.
• Own the full project lifecycle: from requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment to testing and post-launch support.
• Develop technical user stories and functional specifications to communicate requirements to developers.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and analyze post-launch usage data to inform future enhancements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS business operations with strong knowledge of the customer journey.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce functionality and best practices is required.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and business transformations with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in creating process maps, writing technical user stories, and documenting business requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is favorable.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Gainsight, Salesloft, and/or Smartsheet.
