TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Strategic): Managing the long-term success of large-scale strategic accounts and franchise systems with an accent on product adoption, relationship building, and strategic business reviews. Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $104,500 – $167,600 USD (plus variable commission)

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate contacts at strategic accounts.
  • Coach and train corporate staff, franchise owners, and end users on product best practices.
  • Analyze user engagement data to identify actionable insights and report on KPIs.
  • Present business reviews and provide strategic recommendations to reinforce product value.
  • Collaborate with product managers to manage enhancement requests and act as a subject matter expert.
  • Serve as an escalation point for support tickets and identify process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in account or project management.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex accounts.
  • Strong ability to learn new software and identify opportunities for product utilization.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Must be based in the United States with availability for < 15% nationwide travel.
