Location: Must be based in the United States
Salary: $104,500 – $167,600 USD (plus variable commission)

What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate contacts at strategic accounts.
- Coach and train corporate staff, franchise owners, and end users on product best practices.
- Analyze user engagement data to identify actionable insights and report on KPIs.
- Present business reviews and provide strategic recommendations to reinforce product value.
- Collaborate with product managers to manage enhancement requests and act as a subject matter expert.
- Serve as an escalation point for support tickets and identify process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in account or project management.
- Proven track record of managing multiple complex accounts.
- Strong ability to learn new software and identify opportunities for product utilization.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Must be based in the United States with availability for < 15% nationwide travel.
