What you will do

  • Process requisitions and create purchase orders.
  • Maintain procurement systems, supplier records, pricing, and contracts.
  • Track orders and deliveries while resolving expediting issues and discrepancies.
  • Support supplier onboarding and documentation compliance.
  • Gather quotes, assist with RFQs, and generate spend, supplier activity, and delivery reports.
  • Conduct basic spend analysis and monitor supplier delivery, quality, and responsiveness.

Requirements

  • Must be local to Columbus, Ohio and work onsite.
  • Ability to support procurement execution, data accuracy, and process administration.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders to confirm specifications and requirements.
