Salary: $175,000–$190,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute market growth plans in collaboration with practice leaders and principals.
- Supervise, mentor, and manage the performance of assigned business development professionals.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic lead generation and outreach.
- Facilitate regular reporting on sales performance and business development metrics to leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align advertising, sponsorships, and events with growth goals.
- Participate in proposal processes and manage pursuit strategies for key prospects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of business development experience in a professional services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Proven experience managing a team of business development or marketing professionals.
- Advanced knowledge of sales and marketing processes, including pipeline and account management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
- Ability to travel periodically for meetings, events, and sales activities.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, investment banking, or business advisory firms.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
