What you will do

• Act as the lead technical point of contact for wind turbine installation and assembly projects.
• Oversee and coordinate Technical Advisors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise for complex installation challenges.
• Conduct on-the-job training and mentor team members to foster continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful turnover.
• Ensure strict compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
• Minimum of 5 years of mechanical, electrical, or construction supervisory experience.
• Extensive experience in Wind Turbine Assembly and quality control processes.
• Fluency in English is required for safety and communication.
• French proficiency is highly preferred for work in Quebec.
• Ability to travel extensively (over 80% of the time) to various project sites.
• Physical ability to climb towers up to 121.92 meters and work in all weather conditions.
• Must meet weight requirements (120kg or less) for climbing equipment safety.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish or German.
• Previous experience in wind farm mechanical construction.
