hirify.global is an advertising platform that helps publishers and brands maximize performance through innovative programmatic solutions and smart targeting.

What you will do

  • Build and execute GTM programs, including product launches, vertical plays, and account-based marketing (ABM) motions.
  • Partner with Sales to create activation plans, define target accounts, and develop outreach copy and enablement materials.
  • Lead ABM programs for strategic advertisers, agencies, DSPs, and priority verticals.
  • Coordinate with RevOps to define tracking requirements in HubSpot and Salesforce for attribution and performance monitoring.
  • Develop business cases for marketing investments and support quarterly budget prioritization and planning.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, revenue marketing, demand generation, or GTM strategy.
  • Proven experience working closely with Sales teams to drive account activation and pipeline.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce, including campaign tracking and marketing attribution.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional launches.
  • Location: Based in Chicago, IL or New York, NY

Nice to have

  • Experience in adtech, martech, SaaS, or B2B technology domains.
  • Familiarity with ABM tools, intent data, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales and agency relationships.
