• Develop compelling case strategies to drive results and neutralize emotional arguments.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials.

• Collaborate with legal staff and attorneys across all experience levels.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys to contribute to team growth.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar license in the state of California.
• 3–7 years of litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation.
• 2+ years of employment defense experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with litigation billing systems.
