TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Armonk, NY)

Salary: $160,000–$200,000

What you will do

  • Design and maintain qualified retirement plan structures tailored to institutional client needs.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through referrals, COI management, and prospecting.
  • Provide investment advisory services and select diverse plan options for decision-makers.
  • Conduct benchmarking and due diligence to ensure plan competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead client relationships and execute customized strategies to meet sponsor goals.
  • Facilitate fiduciary training and provide legislative consulting on ERISA updates.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or able to work in Armonk, NY (Hybrid).
  • 2+ years of experience in retirement plan services.
  • Valid and relevant securities license required.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and managing a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance (preferred).

Nice to have

  • 2–5 years of industry-related sales experience.
