What you will do

  • Manage retirement plan platforms and product offerings, including web-based applications and billing support.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for regulatory guidance and ERISA compliance.
  • Perform regular due diligence on approved retirement plan providers and research new product offerings.
  • Develop and deliver ongoing training programs for financial professionals.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure agreements and policies remain current.
  • Provide leadership to team members and participate in the Product Committee to mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial services, preferably as a retirement plan specialist or consultant.
  • Required Licenses: FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66.
  • Required Certification: CFP, AIF, or similar accredited fiduciary professional designation.
  • Deep knowledge of ERISA and Defined Contribution plan design (401k, 403b, 457, etc.).
