What you will do

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients establishing technical integrations with over 400 payroll providers.
• Interrogate incoming payroll data for accuracy and completeness while navigating technical issues.
• Independently evaluate data discrepancies and implement solutions that impact client assets.
• Draft procedures for payroll-related information flow while maintaining compliance with SEC, DOL, and IRS regulations.
• Investigate root causes of technology issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement fixes.
• Identify and lead process improvement projects to enhance business operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of experience in a professional role with strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• At least 1 year of dedicated customer service experience with exceptional communication skills.
• Prior experience working with retirement plans or payroll providers.
• Ability to adapt to various HRIS systems and execute solutions under tight timelines.
• Advanced expertise across the G-Suite product ecosystem.
