Salary: $170,000–$214,000 (Total Compensation)

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including SaaS, ad-tech, data processing, and strategic partnerships.
• Provide commercially astute counsel to global go-to-market, product, and partnerships teams.
• Partner with legal ops to automate tasks and improve contracting processes using AI tools.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to streamline deal flow and optimize CLM systems.
• Review and negotiate vendor agreements to support operational scaling.
• Advise on corporate governance, employment, and regulatory matters as needed.

Requirements

• JD with strong academic credentials and active US bar admission.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York, NY.
• Experience or exposure to commercial contracting, technology transactions, or high-growth tech environments.
• Proficiency in using AI and agentic AI tools to solve complex problems and automate routine tasks.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to simplify complex legal concepts into clear, concise advice.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing or managing CLM systems, specifically Ironclad.
