Associate Attorney (AdTech): Supporting the commercial contracting function across a wide range of customer, vendor, and business partner agreements with an accent on privacy-forward technology transactions. Focus on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, providing cross-functional legal guidance, and improving legal operations efficiency within a fast-paced AdTech and SaaS environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from one of our US offices (San Francisco, CA; Little Rock, AR; or New York, NY)

Salary: $94,000–$138,500

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including customer contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and statements of work.
• Support senior attorneys on complex strategic agreements by identifying key issues and drafting proposed language.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across sales, finance, product, and privacy teams to support the sales cycle.
• Provide practical legal guidance on routine contract questions and standard company positions.
• Contribute to legal operations by improving contract templates, playbooks, and intake processes.
• Assist with legal reviews for RFPs, security questionnaires, and privacy-related requests.

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of legal experience, preferably in commercial contracts, technology transactions, or SaaS.
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one US state bar.
• Strong writing skills and ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Must be based in the US and able to work from designated office locations.

Nice to have

• Prior internship, fellowship, or law firm experience involving AdTech, MarTech, or data privacy.
• Experience with security questionnaires and privacy-forward contracting.
