Salary: $250K – $350K + Equity

What you will do
- Develop and execute legal strategy regarding data privacy and the evolving regulatory landscape.
- Own all company legal workflows and partner with outside counsel on corporate, employment, and financing matters.
- Negotiate critical data vendor agreements and manage commercial contracts to support the sales team.
- Lead the legal components of venture financings, corporate governance, and strategic transactions.
- Build scalable legal processes and operating frameworks to support rapid company growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to founders on legal, operational, and strategic risks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of legal experience, ideally spanning both a top law firm and a high-growth technology company.
- Proven experience advising tech companies on data privacy, compliance, and commercial contracts.
- Strong understanding of current regulatory trends surrounding data and privacy.
- Familiarity with venture financings and general corporate governance.
- Pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach with a high ownership mentality.
- Must be based in San Francisco for on-site work
