Salary: $136,667 – $145,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end MNDA workflows, including intake, triage, AI-assisted first-pass review, and execution.
• Handle high-volume commercial contracts such as NDAs, standard order forms, and amendments under attorney supervision.
• Manage the vendor intake and negotiation process via Zip, redlining contracts according to established playbooks.
• Design and iterate AI-assisted workflows for contract summaries and first-pass reviews to improve throughput.
• Maintain an organized, searchable record of executed agreements within Ironclad (CLM) and other repositories.
• Map and standardize legal workflows to identify bottlenecks and document processes for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal operations professional in-house or at a law firm.
• Solid experience with commercial documentation, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and order forms.
• Demonstrated comfort with legal tech and AI tools such as Ironclad, Salesforce, and generative AI for drafting.
• Strong systems and operations mindset focused on workflow optimization and SLAs.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent written communication skills and professional judgment in handling confidential information.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth SaaS, fintech, or crypto/Web3 environments.
• Prior exposure to public sector, RFP, or government contracts processes.
• Comfort working with async tools like Slack, Notion, and Loom.
