Alliance Manager, Microsoft (Microsoft): Building and scaling Microsoft partner relationships to grow ’s partner program with an accent on ERP/financial-ops ecosystem enablement, go-to-market execution, and deal negotiation. Focus on creating partner pipelines, delivering enablement and presentations, and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive incremental revenue.
Location: Hybrid (Vancouver, Toronto, or Plano office). Remote - US or Remote-Canada consideration for qualified candidates outside office reach.
Salary: $112,000 - $140,000 + target variable compensation (anticipated total target compensation $152,000 - $180,000)

What you will do
- Own relations with Microsoft and manage multi-level partner relationships (executive, marketing, sales, and sales support).
- Identify and generate high-quality leads through partner engagements, including office visits, training/coaching, marketing strategies, and trade shows.
- Coordinate internal enablement to launch and keep partners engaged, including joint go-to-market messaging.
- Develop and execute partner deals: identify new alliance opportunities, negotiate, and close partner agreements.
- Create and deliver compelling partner presentations and attend networking groups/events.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Legal, and Compliance; provide feedback on partner programs and product compatibility via Salesforce updates and other channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years in SaaS-based technologies.
- 3+ years in alliances managing Microsoft partners.
- Proven track record scaling partner ecosystems and building partner pipelines.
- Experience in ERP/accounting/financial management/financial ops domain; FinTech experience is a plus.
- Experience developing, negotiating, and closing partner deals.
- Travel required on a monthly basis.
