What you will do

  • Design, implement, and manage enablement programs that help SEs and CSEs deliver customer demos and execute successful proofs of value (PoVs).
  • Expand and evolve the SE and CSE onboarding program from design through in-person delivery.
  • Provide enablement on storage and analysis solutions, product licensing, sizing, competitive positioning, and pricing models to support technical selling of the full hirify.global portfolio (including Search and Lake).
  • Develop and deliver enablement content, workshops, and demo instructions to support technical discovery and new customer value messaging.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, SE leadership, Product & Technical Marketing, Enablement) to align training with product launches and new feature communication.
  • Monitor enablement effectiveness using engagement metrics, stakeholder feedback, and leading business indicators; use AI tools and agentic workflows for program development and just-in-time enablement.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States
  • 7+ years of experience in combined technical sales enablement, technical training, and/or Solutions Engineering.
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing Technical Sales role, preferably in enterprise SaaS, with strong familiarity with IT telemetry and observability.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver complex technical enablement programs that drive measurable outcomes, leveraging AI as a teammate.
  • Strong program management skills to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to translate technical concepts into actionable learning.
