What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to manage technical sales efforts for existing customers and prospects.
- Conduct deep discovery to understand customer business objectives, workflows, and architectural requirements.
- Deliver customized presentations, demos, workshops, and proof of concept (POC) trials.
- Quantify the value of Puppet solutions at the technical, project, and line-of-business levels.
- Act as an internal champion for customers by collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
- Guide customers in adopting configuration management best practices using Puppet capabilities.
Requirements
- Fluent French required
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in pre-sales.
- Experience engaging with executive stakeholders, solution architects, and program teams.
- Technical knowledge in infrastructure automation (Puppet, Ansible, Chef) and scripting (Ruby, Python, Bash).
- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Git-based version control, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and system administration (Linux/Windows).
- Demonstrated AI fluency and adherence to AI governance policies.
