What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end RFP response process, including bid/no-bid decisions and win theme development.
• Develop competitive, compliant proposals tailored to public sector and high-value enterprise requirements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to customize solutions such as sovereign hosting and data residency.
• Manage relationships with C-level executives, government officials, and procurement teams.
• Execute strategic bid plans and lead negotiations to finalize long-term contracts.
• Analyze competitive landscapes and monitor public sector trends to shape the go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in enterprise sales, bid management, or business development.
• Proven track record of leading complex, high-value bids exceeding €1M.
• Demonstrated success selling to ministries, EU agencies, or public-private organizations.
• Experience selling AI, cloud, LLMs, or sensitive technologies into government or enterprise sectors.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Paris, Abu Dhabi, London, or Munich.

Nice to have

• Experience with European strategic accounts in defense, telecom, or critical infrastructure.
• Multilingual proficiency (French or another EU language).
• Background working in a hypergrowth scale-up environment.
