Location: Based in the UK; additional options in Germany (Remote, Munich, Berlin), France (Remote, Paris), and the Netherlands (Amsterdam)

What you will do
- Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions and deliver tailored product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Design, scope, and manage technical evaluations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate platform value.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute technical sales strategies throughout the sales cycle.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Develop technical sales collateral and provide training to the broader sales organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in the software industry.
- Deep practical experience with observability concepts (metrics, logging, tracing) and tools such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
- Proficiency with cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, and Microservices, across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to Developer, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) personas.
- Previous experience in a high-growth Observability or Application Performance Monitoring (APM) company.
