What you will do
- Lead structured customer motions to accelerate onboarding, adoption, and time-to-value.
- Provide proactive guidance on best practices for DevOps, CI/CD, and OSS governance.
- Maintain customer health views, identifying risk signals early and driving mitigation actions.
- Surface expansion signals and Customer Success Qualified Leads (CSQLs) in partnership with account teams.
- Utilize GenAI reflexively as a thought partner to improve strategic planning and communication.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to act as the voice of the customer.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Support Engineering in B2B SaaS.
- Must be based in the UK.
- Technical aptitude in modern software development lifecycles (DevOps, CI/CD, artifact management, OSS security).
- Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to influence and lead conversations.
- Demonstrated fluency and habit of using GenAI tools to improve execution quality.
