What you will do

• Own 100% of marketing-sourced pipeline across BH, Care, and Ed business units.
• Manage and develop a team of three Demand Generation Managers.
• Build and scale multi-channel demand programs including paid search, ABM, and webinars.
• Track and optimize full-funnel metrics and partner with Marketing Operations for accurate reporting.
• Drive organic growth strategy including SEO and AI engine optimization.
• Partner with Sales leadership to define funnel stages and improve lead quality.

Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B demand generation.
• At least 3 years of experience managing and developing a demand generation team.
• Demonstrated experience operating across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Clay, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Must reside in one of the specified US states for remote work eligibility.
• AI-first mindset with experience building agentic workflows.
