Salary: $120,000-160,000 annually

What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with customer champions and key stakeholders as the primary point of contact
- Drive contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Understand client business goals and align solutions to customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
- Track account health, contract updates, and renewals; generate progress reports for clients and leadership
- Lead renewal meetings and participate in strategic business reviews; communicate expansion opportunities to the sales team
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management, renewal management, sales, or customer success, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and delivering positive customer outcomes
- Experience managing retention and adoption for complex SaaS accounts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to different stakeholder levels
- Financial acumen and experience with contract management
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
