Compensation: $250,000–$300,000 OTE (plus equity)

What you will do
- Own a portfolio of enterprise customers with full responsibility for renewals and expansion.
- Lead strategic account planning and multi-stakeholder engagement across complex business units.
- Partner with Customer Success, Solutions, and Product teams to deliver value and influence product direction.
- Navigate procurement, security reviews, and commercial negotiations during renewal cycles.
- Proactively identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and surface account risks early to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success within enterprise SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing renewals and expansion in high-ACV accounts.
- Strong technical fluency in GTM tooling, data concepts, and integrations.
- Ability to multi-thread across technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
- Resilience and executive presence to lead through long sales cycles and organizational change.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
