Salary: $155,000 – $190,000

What you will do

• Build and deliver reliable, secure, and scalable software solutions using modern cloud-based paradigms.
• Collaborate with Compute Platform, security, ML engineering, and applied AI teams to define platform requirements.
• Design and integrate scalable microservices and distributed systems.
• Deploy large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
• Develop integration proof of concepts across the hirify.global and partner ecosystems.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Must be based in the Greater Seattle area.
• 5+ years of experience building production-quality software in a team setting.
• 2+ years of experience working on modern cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, and API design.
• Familiarity with LLMs, generative models, and Agentic AI platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with crafting modular APIs and intuitive web experiences.
• Background in healthcare technology or data-intensive industries.
