What you will do

• Build outcome-driven reports and analytics to enhance customer productivity and revenue growth.
• Develop and optimize models for coaching insights and workflow optimization in collaboration with Data Science.
• Collaborate with Product Management and UI Designers to surface data effectively to users.
• Shape data efficiently in partnership with the Data Platform team.
• Set high standards for engineering excellence, team culture, and hiring within a growing team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven track record of shipping at least one major feature into production.
• Proficiency in a modern language such as Golang, Java, Python, or C#.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (Postgres, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.).
• Experience bridging business requirements with technical data engineering.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Seattle, WA

Nice to have

• Experience with AI coding assistants, AI-based testing tools, and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of modern cloud environments and AI infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with large-scale distributed data systems.
• Experience working in a startup or building a product in a new category.
• Understanding of responsible AI usage, data privacy, and model governance.
