What you will do

• Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting for Falcon's AI-powered detection and response capabilities.
• Optimize AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows to reduce false positives.
• Develop and implement AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations.
• Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs to enhance AI capabilities.
• Support Incident Response teams with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis.
• Lead AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team and develop customer-facing AI collateral.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 8+ years of experience in IT deployments or customer-facing technical environments.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts within cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Experience with security automation, orchestration, and data science principles.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Falcon platform, AV, and EDR solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages for data analysis and model development.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and identity management (Active Directory, Azure-AD).
