What you will do

• Architect and maintain end-to-end ML training pipelines on AWS using SageMaker, EKS, and Step Functions.
• Build and maintain infrastructure for production agentic applications utilizing Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore.
• Implement AI/ML governance best practices for model versioning, testing, validation, and security.
• Integrate MLOps best practices into the SDLC, collaborating with SRE, Platform Engineering, and Security teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the architectural evolution of the ML platform.
• Evaluate MLOps tooling and participate in buy vs. build decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a meaningful focus on ML operations and infrastructure.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong Python proficiency; familiarity with Go or JavaScript is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AWS ML platforms (SageMaker, Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore).
• Proven experience operationalizing LLMs and building agentic architectures, including RAG and tool calling.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, or Spark.
