What you will do

• Build and evolve the agent harness and orchestration that enables reliable autonomous pentesting.
• Design tools and feedback loops for the agent to probe and exploit vulnerabilities safely.
• Translate offensive security expertise into repeatable, consistent agent capabilities.
• Own and grow evaluation infrastructure, including benchmark suites and failure-mode taxonomies.
• Manage LLM inference in production, including model selection and prompt engineering.
• Ensure production-safety and zero false-positives in all reported findings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production software with Python.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications or agents.
• Proven track record of making LLMs reliable in production environments.
• Experience owning evaluation harnesses for model or agent performance.
• Strong instincts for prompt and context engineering.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of web application security (SQLi, XSS, SSRF, etc.).
• Experience building eval harnesses or benchmarks specifically for agents.
• Familiarity with graph data models like Neo4j.
• Experience with agent fine-tuning or reinforcement learning.
