Location: Must be based in Tampa, FL, US (Onsite)

What you will do
- Provide Tier I in-person support for hardware, software, and general IT inquiries.
- Manage and document trouble tickets within the IT Service Management system.
- Perform basic hardware troubleshooting for PCs, tablets, and networked devices.
- Assist clients with printing issues and ID card creation/troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
Requirements
- Must have current work authorization in the United States (No Visa Sponsorship).
- High school diploma or equivalent with two years of technical support experience.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- Strong customer service skills with experience in de-escalation and empathy.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting client technology issues and peripheral equipment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Windows OS and Mac OS X.
- One year of experience in a customer service role.
- Technical documentation experience.
- Two years of college coursework.
