Location: Must be based in Columbus, Ohio. This role is hybrid with some remote flexibility.

What you will do
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for software and hardware issues across corporate, distribution, and retail environments.
- Troubleshoot incidents to resolution or escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Document all incidents, comments, and resolutions within the incident management system.
- Coordinate and complete configuration and installation of hardware and software requests.
- Perform end-user training for supported applications and services.
- Provide coaching and guidance to retail store associates to support operations.
Requirements
- Must be available for third shift, including overnight and weekend work.
- Must be based in or able to work from Columbus, Ohio.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
- Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with mobile device hardware and operating systems (iOS/Android).
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
