What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle for strategic named accounts within the DACH region.
- Build and nurture deep executive relationships to influence long-term technology decisions.
- Collaborate with channel partners to drive co-selling motions and maximize business impact.
- Present multi-year agreements and value-inspired business cases to C-level stakeholders.
- Develop and execute detailed territory and account strategies to generate new business.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to support strategic enterprise prospects.
Requirements
- Must be business fluent in German
- 7+ years of quota-carrying full-cycle sales experience in enterprise SaaS.
- Proven success in complex solution selling and challenger-based sales methodologies.
- Strong experience in territory planning and strategic account management.
- Proficiency in sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Value Selling.
- Experience with Salesforce for pipeline and account management.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in eDiscovery or Legal/Compliance SaaS sales.
