What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for strategic named accounts within the DACH region.
  • Build and nurture deep executive relationships to influence long-term technology decisions.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to drive co-selling motions and maximize business impact.
  • Present multi-year agreements and value-inspired business cases to C-level stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute detailed territory and account strategies to generate new business.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to support strategic enterprise prospects.

Requirements

  • Must be business fluent in German
  • 7+ years of quota-carrying full-cycle sales experience in enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven success in complex solution selling and challenger-based sales methodologies.
  • Strong experience in territory planning and strategic account management.
  • Proficiency in sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Value Selling.
  • Experience with Salesforce for pipeline and account management.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in eDiscovery or Legal/Compliance SaaS sales.
