What you will do
- Own the full commercial relationship, including renewals, expansion, and retention strategy for a portfolio of regulated financial institutions.
- Lead executive business reviews to discuss compliance posture, regulatory risk, and platform value.
- Independently assess account health and risk, developing intervention plans to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to drive inbound expansion deals and lead commercial negotiations.
- Manage complex escalations and serve as the primary point of contact for client-facing narratives regarding delivery issues.
Requirements
- Must be based in Virginia, USA
- Deep knowledge of enterprise compliance technology, including communications and trade surveillance.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships within regulated financial institutions.
- Proven track record in commercial lifecycle management for enterprise SaaS, including renewals and churn forecasting.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage executive-level strategic relationships.
- Strong operational accountability for escalation management and resolution.
