Salary: $118,800 - $196,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Cooperate with the Creative Director, Lead Writer, and narrative teams to develop narrative elements and features.
• Write engaging dialogues, scenarios, memorable characters, and dynamic screenplays for Cyberpunk 2.
• Maintain overall writing style and tone throughout the game.
• Create story-supporting documents aligned with the project’s vision.
• Mentor and support a team of writers, providing feedback and guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure story consistency across narrative, gameplay mechanics, and visuals; review and revise narrative features.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Writer, preferably focused on RPG and story-driven games (AAA experience is a plus).
• Strong storytelling skills and deep understanding of interactive narrative design and dramatic structure.
• Exceptional writing ability for characters, immersive storylines, sharp dialogue, and dynamic screenplays.
• Knowledge of game design principles and how narrative integrates with gameplay mechanics.
• Ability to provide insightful feedback and support to writing team members.
• Ability to work independently on tasks while collaborating cross-functionally.
