What you will do

• Curate, shape, and edit content for the monthly US edition of the magazine.
• Act as the primary gatekeeper for US-specific content and adapt global features for the American market.
• Manage the US editorial budget and ensure the publication functions effectively.
• Represent the brand at boat shows, trade shows, and industry events to build commercial and editorial relationships.
• Collaborate with the London HQ and the wider editorial team on marquee event planning and delivery.
• Coordinate with designers and sub-editors to ensure high-quality layouts and features.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Fort Lauderdale office.
• Proven experience in feature writing, editing, and copy management.
