What you will do

• Write and maintain user guides, API documentation, and technical specifications.
• Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to document new features.
• Establish and improve documentation processes and best practices.
• Produce clear, concise content for both developers and non-technical users.
• Edit and review documentation produced by other team members.
• Continuously update documentation to reflect product evolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with experience in docs-as-code.
• Basic understanding of software development, APIs, and web technologies.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with documentation tools like Markdown, Confluence, and GitHub.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
