What you will do

• Write high-converting copy across the full marketing funnel, including paid social, email, landing pages, and video scripts.
• Architect AI-powered copywriting and review systems to scale quality and consistency across the organization.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand voice framework and living style guide.
• Set the organizational editorial standard, performing AI-powered copy reviews and coaching partners on messaging.
• Create integrated campaign messaging, creative territories, and taglines to differentiate the product in a crowded market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of copywriting experience spanning brand, performance, and lifecycle work.
• Hands-on experience designing and building AI writing tools and workflows that transform team operations.
• Proven ability to translate product features into tangible business impact and customer transformation narratives.
• Experience establishing organizational copy standards through style guides or AI-driven systems.
• Strong performance marketing instincts with a focus on conversion in paid environments.
• Must be based in New York, NY and able to work in-office 3–4 days per week.
